Welcome to Kaamhai. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kaamhai mobile application and website (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kaamhai, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Kaamhai. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3Accounts & Registration

• You register using your mobile number and verify via OTP.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
• You agree to provide accurate profile, work and business information and to keep it up to date.
• You may operate as a work seeker, an employer, or both, subject to these Terms.

4Use of the Platform

For Work Seekers

• Create a profile, browse verified job listings, and apply to relevant positions.
• Communicate with employers respectfully and honestly through the app.
• Once hired, your profile becomes hidden from public search until you choose to seek new work.

For Employers

• Register your business, post job listings, and review applications from qualified seekers.
• Use offer letters, onboarding, payments and employee management features in good faith.
• Comply with applicable labour, wage and employment laws in your hiring and engagement.

5Job Listings & Conduct

All job listings must be genuine, lawful and non-discriminatory. Kaamhai maintains a verified database but does not guarantee employment, the conduct of any user, or the accuracy of every listing. Users are responsible for their own hiring decisions and engagements.

6Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Basic features may be available for free; certain features require a paid subscription or per-use payment.
• Payments are processed through our integrated, secure payment gateway.
• Subscription fees, billing cycles and any refund eligibility are described at the point of purchase.
• Employers may post job listings and pay only after experiencing the effectiveness of our solutions, as offered.

7Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content or listings.
• Harassing, defrauding or discriminating against other users.
• Attempting to bypass verification, payments or platform security.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering or misusing the Platform or its data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8Intellectual Property

The Kaamhai name, logo, design and software are the property of Kaamhai and protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaamhai is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between work seekers and employers.

10Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required to protect users or comply with law.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
